The waitlist privacy policy

Last updated 23 July 2026. This policy covers the email address you give us on the RepEye pre-launch page. It does not cover the RepEye app itself, which isn't released yet.

What we collect

Only your email address, plus the date and time you submitted it. Nothing else — no name, no password, no account, no payment details, no device or location tracking. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies to profile you.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to email you once, to let you know when RepEye launches. If we ever send more than that occasional launch-related update, every message will include a one-click unsubscribe. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Who collects it

TechXL, the company behind RepEye (techxl.co), is the data controller. Your email is stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) on our behalf and is not used for any purpose beyond the one described above.

How long we keep it

Until RepEye launches and we've sent the launch notification, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. After launch we remove waitlist emails that haven't opted into further updates.

How to access or delete your data

Email privacy@techxl.co from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it — we'll remove it within 30 days and confirm when it's done. You can use the same address to ask what we hold about you, or to correct it.

Changes to this policy
